Welcome to Ayrshire Media Services!

Based in Troon in Ayrshire, we produce free community publications that are delivered to households across the local area. We are the largest local print news company in Ayrshire, with a combined reach of 24,000 doors.

We are best known for the Going Out papers – papers which are produced and delivered every month in Alloway & Doonfoot, Troon and Prestwick, and once every quarter in Girvan.

The Going Out papers carry news from local community groups, political leaders, churches, voluntary groups and sports groups, and appeal across the community.

We don’t normally produce electronic copies of the Going Out papers, but an example copy is available (? Here ?)

The Going Out papers have advertising space available at a wide range of price points. Classified adverts are ideal for trades or sole traders who need to advertise on an ongoing basis at a low cost, while “run of paper” advertising is ideal for larger businesses or product launches.

We also produce a range of seasonal publications in the distribution areas we cover, and can organise the design, print and distribution of leaflets.
